A semitrailer collided with a pickup and tipped onto its side on Interstate 35E in Dallas Thursday morning, temporarily blocking two lanes of traffic.[[301037241,C]]
Police said a Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Store semi tipped on northbound I-35E near Saner Avenue at about 4 a.m.
Authorities said they pumped diesel fuel out of the semitrailer and into barrels so they could move it. About 45 minutes later, crews uprighted the truck and reopened the two left lanes.
Dallas County Sheriff's Department deputies said no one was seriously injured in the wreck.
Three more vehicles collided just after crews uprighted the semitrailer, authorities said. There is no word yet on the cause of the crash.[[301039481,C]]
