A body was found in a car Friday that crashed into a creekbed along Trinity Boulevard in Fort Worth.
Investigators said the body was found Friday morning, but that the crash appears to have happened several days ago.
The vehicle, a Buick SUV, was found in the creekbed under a bridge being inspected by city workers along the 12600-block of Trinity Boulevard.
Speed appears to be a factor in the crash, officials said.
The identity of the driver has not yet been revealed.
The person's cause of death will be determined by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner.
