An emergency worker and an East Fort Worth man were hospitalized Sunday evening after being attacked by bees.

The attack happened at a home on Galvez Avenue at about 6 p.m. near the Fort Woof Dog Park.

Emergency responders told NBC 5 the man had multiple stings. His condition was serious but not life-threatening.

The MedStar Emergency Medical Technician also attacked by the bees is expected to be OK.

A bee keeper was called to the home to take the insects away.
