Police said they arrested a man driving a stolen van after a chase into Mesquite Tuesday morning.
Mesquite police said they were following a white work van that they determined to be stolen. A pursuit ensued when the driver refused to pull the van over. [[366556351,C]]
The chase continued for about 30 minutes before police said the driver stopped in a parking lot near near The Marketplace at Towne Center in the 19000 block of Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway. The man ran from the van, leaving three other people inside.
Police said they chased the driver into nearby brush and caught him. All four of the van's occupants were taken into custody.
