19-year-old man arrested; Second suspect caught

Dallas police arrested a 19-year-old man for the kidnapping of a North Dallas woman and forcing her to make ATM withdrawals last weekend.

Officers took Horace Jones, Jr. into custody around 1 a.m. Saturday in the area of Pine and Malcolm X Boulevard. According to a police statement, the teen's bond is set at more than $2 million.

Police said crime scene technicians linked Jones' fingerprints to the crimes.

In addition to the kidnapping, police believe Jones and a second man were involved in an aggravated robbery in the 5600-block of Ellsworth, where a person was shot.

Detectives are also seeking a second person for both crimes, who remains at large.
