Arlington police are looking for the driver of a dark-colored Chrysler 300 they say was involved in a fatal hit-and-run.
While the Tarrant County medical examiner hasn’t released the victim's identity, the parents of 20-year-old Kelly Walters are positive the woman killed Saturday near the intersection of Northeast Green Oaks Boulevard and Burney Road was their daughter.
