TSA and DFW Airport agents are investigating the remnants of a smoldering bag found in the baggage hold of an American Eagle flight arriving at DFW from Sioux Falls, SD.
After the plane had landed and pulled up to a gate at DFW Airport, pilots noticed a cargo hold fire warning light lit up, which lead to the pilot exstinguishing the fire using the cargo fire surpression system.
Passengers were deplaned and agents are now investigating the cause of the fire, as well as questioning the owner of the bag.
