Police said they arrested a man accused of fatally shooting a man in Lower Greenville early Sunday morning, police say.
At about 2 a.m., officers were dispatched to a shooting at a parking lot behind the OT Tavern in the 5700 block of Martel Avenue. When officers arrived, police said they found 26-year-old Orlando Pulido dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
Police said they arrested 22-year-old Jose Eduardo Guerrero Monday night in connection with the shooting.
A preliminary investigation revealed the shooting took place after two groups got into an altercation while leaving the area.
"He has a really big family here that he lost," Pulido's girlfriend, Laura Chantaca, said. "He wanted a future that he didn't get."
