Dallas police and the FBI raided two spas and arrested several people in connection with an alleged prostitution ring.
Dallas police and FBI agents made several arrests in an alleged prostitution ring involving two spas.
Two spas -- the Rosemeade Spa on Rosemeade Parkway near the President George Bush Turnpike and the J.J. Asian Health Center on Alpha Road near Montfort Drive -- were raided and shut down Monday. A home in the 13300 block of Kit Lane in Dallas was also raided.
The three locations were under FBI video surveillance for the last two years when a person tied to the spas unknowingly tried to solicit an undercover Dallas police officer.
According to police records, the FBI video shows a large number of male customers entering and leaving.
People working nearby say the businesses had a constant flow of men entering and leaving every day.
The women arrested in the case face charges of engaging in organized crime.
On Wednesday, the U.S. Attorney's Office will release the names of the people of the people who have been arrested in the case.
