Authorities reopened all roads in downtown Dallas near the scene of the deadly protest shooting.
Main, Elm and Austin streets near El Centro College were the only remaining streets to be closed until early Monday morning.
The streets had been closed since July 7.
Sidewalk barriers and security guards surrounded the El Centro campus Monday morning. The school remains closed.
