Albertsons and Tom Thumb stores, with the help of its associates and customers, have raised more than $417,000 to support the Dallas Police Department.
Members of DPD, families of the fallen police officers, along with Dallas city officials, were on hand Monday afternoon to receive the donation.
Five Dallas and DART police officers were killed on July 7 following a protest in downtown Dallas.
