72 Firefighters Battle Dallas Fire

Six-dozen firefighters were called to battle a fire at a two-story apartment complex in Dallas.

The fire broke out just before midnight at the Signature Point apartment complex in the 5800 block of Milton Street.

Because of the 95-degree heat outside and the extreme heat of the fire, firefighters had to relieve each other.

High winds made it difficult to put out the fire, and the flames spread from building to building. Three buildings were destroyed.

No one was injured.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
