It's Day 23 of the 2017 State Fair of Texas. Here's 5 things you need to know before heading to the fair on Saturday.
- Get the day started early on Saturday with the Sheep Skillathon Contest. This starts at 8 a.m. inside the Briscoe Carpenter Livestock Center.
- At 11 a.m., you can head over to the Swine Arena for the Breeding Sheep Show.
- Also at 11 a.m., you can watch the Mosaic Dance project of Dallas at the Texas Cultural Stage.
- At 1 p.m., Troy Cartwright takes over the Toyota Stage.
- Later in the evening, For King and Country will be on the Chevrolet Main Stage. This show starts at 8:30 p.m.
