Track problems are being blamed for a 100-car train that derailed in Cleburne early Friday morning.

Fourty-four of the trains cars on the Burlington-Northern Santa-Fe train were pulled from the track near Shaffer Street just before 7 a.m., spilling only coal.

While cleanup is under way, Cleburne has closed three streets: E. Wardville, E. Chambers and E. Willingham.

According to authorities, they have not been notified by BNSF of any possible hazardous material that may have been on the train.
