A man died overnight Sunday following a shooting at a Dallas gas station.
Police were called to a gas station at about 1 a.m. Sunday in the 2900 block of Ruder Street.
Police found 31-year-old Israel Tovar shot. He was taken to an area hospital where he died.
No suspect information has been released by Dallas police at this time.
