Dallas police say a second suspect has been arrested over two men found slain in the trunk of a burning car.

Officers on Tuesday arrested 18-year-old Nathan Scott at a Dallas-area apartment.

Scott and 17-year-old Debanair Wynn, who was arrested Dec. 20, have been charged with capital murder. Online jail records Wednesday did not list attorneys for the teens, whose bond has been set at $1 million each.

Police say a third suspect is sought over the shooting deaths of 20-year-old Steven Govan and 19-year-old Jonathan Williams.

Their bodies were discovered Dec. 18 after emergency personnel responded to a report of a burning vehicle in a wooded area.
