2 Killed, 1 Hurt in West Texas House Fire, Cause Sought

Investigators say two people have died in a West Texas house fire that left another person hurt.
The Callahan County Sheriff's Office says investigators are trying to determine what sparked Saturday's fire at a home in Cross Plains.
Volunteer Fire Department Chief Ricky Carouth says the fire started in the attic area. The house was destroyed.
Carouth says three people managed to get out of the home but one was taken to a hospital and treated for smoke inhalation, then released.
Names of the victims weren't immediately released.
Cross Plains is a town of about 1,000, located 120 miles southwest of Fort Worth.
