18-Year-Old Arrested in Drug-Related Fatal Shooting

Authorities have arrested an 18-year-old man in a drug-related shooting that left two men dead at an Arlington apartment complex.

Arlington police said Tuesday that Isaiah S. Hutchinson, 18, of Grand Prairie, is being held in the Arlington city jail on a charge of capital murder. His bail is set at $500,000.

Police said Hutchinson went to the complex with two others Saturday evening to purchase marijuana. Investigators said witnesses saw Hutchinson fatally shoot 22-year-old Bryan Young and 28-year-old Clinton Howard.

One of the men who went to the complex with Hutchinson was critically injured by gunfire.

Police did not indicate what prompted the shooting.

It was not immediately clear whether Hutchinson has an attorney.
