Benjamin Dominguez is a sexually violent predator from the El Paso, Texas area, and is a confirmed Barrio Azteca gang member according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
There's a new man on the list of Texas' 10 Most Wanted Fugitives and capturing him could be worth $10,000 to the person who turns him in.
The Texas Department of Public Safety added Benjamin Dominguez of El Paso to the state's most wanted list Thursday.
Dominguez is a member of the Barrio Azteca gang and has a lengthy criminal background, according to a DPS news release. He is wanted for violating his probation and failing to register as a sex offender. His criminal background includes charges for indecency with a child, assault causing bodily injury, burglary and possession of a controlled substance.
Dominguez has appeared on other law enforcement organization's wanted lists. The U.S. Marshals Service featured Dominguez during Operation Guardian which intended to target the most dangerous non-compliant sex offenders in the United States.
Texas Crime Stoppers offers money to people who come forward with tips that can lead to the arrest of any of the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders. This group is funded by the Governor's Criminal Justice Division.
Dominguez is describes as being 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighing approximately 225 pounds. His arms, left wrist and neck are covered with tattoos. Anyone who comes near Dominguez or any of the other men on the list should call police immediately.
