Lewisville police are investigating after a shooting that was reported as a road rage incident in a neighborhood Wednesday afternoon.
Both the man who was shot and the man who pulled the trigger called police after it happened just before 4:30 p.m.[[327948131,L]]
When police arrived they found a white truck, driven by the suspect, and a black four-door car, driven by the victim, in the 1300 hundred block of Saddleback Lane, according to Lewisville Police Capt. Kevin Deaver.
The man who was shot, a 73-year-old, was shot in leg and possibly suffered a graze wound to his upper torso. His injuries are not expected to be life threatening, according to Deaver.
Police are still investigating, but as of Wednesday evening said no arrests had been made. The man who fired the shots, a 51-year-old, was taken to the police station to be questioned.
