1 Dead in Two-Vehicle Crash in Dallas

Authorities said one person is dead after a two-vehicle crash in Dallas Monday morning.

Police said the driver of a white vehicle ran a red light when exiting onto Harry Hines Boulevard and was struck by a black vehicle at about 4:30 a.m.

The driver of the white vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities shut down southbound Harry Hines Boulevard near Northwest Highway during the investigation. The road was reopened at about 6:30 a.m.

No further details have been released.
