One man is dead, another is in the hospital after both were shot at the Neon Cowboy Bar in Dallas Thursday night.
Right now Dallas police are searching for a shooter. Investigators have just released the name of the suspect wanted for killing a man and injuring his father outside of a bar. There’s a murder arrest warrant out for Michale Herring, 35.
Dallas police responded to the Neon Cowboy bar on the 10400 block of CF Hawn Freeway at about 10 p.m. Thursday night.
Officers discovered Charles Savage, Junior, 43, and his father, Charles Savage, Senior, had been shot. Savage Jr., was shot in the face and arm, he died at the hospital. Savage Sr., was shot in the foot, he was treated at the hospital and released.
Police believe the father and son were inside the Neon Cowboy speaking with the shooter's ex-wife when a confrontation brought them to the bar's parking lot. Police said once in the parking lot, Herring pulled out his handgun and shot the men.
Savage’s mother is too distraught to talk about her son’s death. She told NBC 5 that Savage Jr., was a good man who didn't deserve to be brutally murdered.
