Boy Dead After Drowning in Apartment Pool

    A 4-year-old boy died Saturday night after being pulled out of the pool at a Lewisville apartment complex.

    A 4-year-old boy died Saturday night after being pulled out of the pool at a Lewisville apartment complex.

    A spokesperson for Lewisville police told NBC 5 that Caleb Roye was pulled from the pool shortly after 9 p.m.

    When emergency crews arrived at 290 Lake Park Drive, the boy was unresponsive. EMT's administered CPR and rushed the child to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

    Investigators said the pool was surrounded by family and friends of the boy who is from Valley View. 

    So far, it is not yet know if any charges will be filed in connection with the child's death.
