Dallas police issued an arrest warrant for a Plano man they believe punched Jeffrey Fleming last Saturday night.

Fleming, a UCLA student is in a medically induced coma after he was punched following the Rascal Flatts concert near Fair Park Saturday night.

Investigators are looking for 18-year old Chancellor Hutcheson of Plano. Police offered a $10,000 reward offered earlier in the week for information on the case. But police won't say if a tip led to Hutcheson,  who was not in custody late Friday night. Dallas police also tell NBCDFW.COM that Hutcheson was a senior at Plano West high school last year.

Witnesses say someone walked up to Jeffrey Fleming in a parking lot and hit him in the face. Fleming suffered a severe head injury after he fell to the ground, hitting his head. The 20-year-old UCLA tennis player was waiting for a taxi when he was hit.

Dallas police issued an arrest warrant for Chancellor Hutcheson in an attack that left a UCLA student critically injured.

"All I know is they sucker-punched him and then they all ran," his father, Steve Fleming, told the Dallas Morning News. "That kind of tells you who you're dealing with."

Dallas police said Fleming's attacker hopped into a white, unmarked party bus and may have been riding with at least ten other people. The attacker was described as a white man, who is about 20 years old, 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 190 pounds.

Fleming was listed in critical condition at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas.
