A man accused of driving while intoxicated had his 4-year-old daughter inside the vehicle with him, Grapevine police said.

Grapevine police said they arrested Delfino Morales Sunday after an off-duty officer reported seeing him driving a 2005 Dodge pickup in a manner that indicated he was intoxicated or impaired.

Morales was stopped in the 1000 block of state Highway 114 West.

The child's mother was called to the scene to take custody of her and Morales was taken to jail and charged with DWI with a child under 15 years of age, police said.
