Dallas Man Shot While Setting Up Computer Sale

While setting up for a computer sale under Woodall Rogers Freeway, a Dallas man was shot and killed

A man is dead after shots were fired into a crowd of vendors setting up for a sidewalk computer street sale in downtown Dallas under Woodall Rodgers Freeway.

In the early morning of July 4, a man driving a dark colored vehicle with stripes on the lower part of the doors fired multiple shots in the direction of the street sale, according to Dallas Police Sgt. Warren Mitchell.

51-year-old Herbert Orsburn was shot in the head and died from his wounds. The police have no leads on any suspects.
