Delaware officials are hoping that a 3-D facial reconstruction of a man whose body was found in 2012 will lead to the man being identified.
Hal Brown, deputy director of the Office of the Chief Medical, said in a news release Monday that a Texas forensic artist has created a three-dimensional facial reconstruction of the man.
Brown says the man's body was found on Nov. 2, 2012, in a wooded area near West Rustic Lane and Crawford Carroll Drive in Dover. Officials say the man, who is believed to be between 35 and 45, may have been dead for three months.
Authorities say Denton County Sheriff's Deputy Leslie Willingham worked with a CT scan of the man's skull to create the reconstruction.
