North Texas Cities, Top 50 Best Cities for Men

Location, location, location.

Location matters when it comes to men's health.

Men's Health magazine is out with its list of "The Best and Worst Cities for Men 2009" and North Texas cities ranked in the Top 50.

The magazine calculated 30 different criteria to find which cities have it all.

The criteria included critical health data like heart disease and diabetes statistics as well as quality-of-life variables like crime rates, air quality and job growth.

Here's how Texas cities ranked:

18. Austin
31. Fort Worth
39. Houston
40. Arlington
47. Dallas
54. San Antonio
64. Lubbock
68. Corpus Christi

Madison, Wisconsin ranked No. 1 in the nation, while Charleston, West Virginia ranked 100th.
