Fake the Flu Risk Being Fired

The weekly swine flu update has been delayed because of the Thanksgiving holiday so there won't be any new numbers until the new week.
But there are some new concerns about the flu because Thanksgiving traditionally marks the beginning of the flu season.
Schools and employers have already been encouraging people to stay home if they are sick. But be warned - fake a sickness risk getting fired.
Attorney Clint David warns faking it does come with a risk. "You better be prepared to back that up with documentation from your doctor," said David.
Employers in Texas can fire you for lying or any other reason as long as it's not discriminatory according to David.
