A boil water notice and Stage 4 drought restrictions remain in place for Blue Mound.
A damaged well was recently repaired, but water samples are not expected to be returned until sometime Friday.
Until the notice is lifted, all water customers in Blue Mound are instructed to bring water to a vigorous, rolling boil for two minutes prior to consumption to ensure the destruction of any harmful bacteria.
