Federal law enforcement authorities can seize bank accounts, homes and cars during a case. In Dallas, the feds just took over a bar.

Firewater Bar and Grill in Dallas is now in federal possession, after a big Drug Enforcement Administration case. The United States Marshal Service is now trying to sell it.

The DEA couldn't comment on why the agency took over the bar.

The business, located on Technology Drive in Dallas, is more than 8,000 square feet.

It features a full working kitchen -- complete with grills and ovens, pots, pans, utensils, plates and several bars.

A working sound system with lights and a stage are also part of the deal.

Bidding starts Jan. 25. The starting bid? $975,000.
