North Texas McDonald's restaurants have pledged to fill 1,200 positions Tuesday in a daylong event.
The chain is looking to fill both season positions as well as traditional full-time and part-time positions at more than 300 North Texas restaurants. McDonald's currently employs approximately 55,000 North Texans.
"If you have a desire for a career, and a passion for quality, you should see what McDonald's offers," said Jeff Smith, McDonald's Owner/Operator in Dallas, who started out as a crew member in a McDonald's restaurant and now owns several restaurants. "McDonald's has allowed me to further my business skills and career goals. It has also afforded me the opportunity to do more for our communities, from crew members to Owner/Operators, we are always challenged and encouraged to grow, learn and give back."
