Love Handed $3.6M for Security Upgrades

advertisement

Security at Dallas' Love Field airport is improving thanks to an influx of funds from the Transportation Security Administration.

The TSA handed over $3.6 million to the airport for closed-circuit television cameras.  The cameras will be put in areas where baggage and passenger carry-on bags are screened.

Last month, the TSA awarded Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport $6 million for similiar upgrades.

So far, no timeline on the installation of the cameras has been released.
