In-N-Out Wants Tax Break on Distribution Center

In-N-Out isn't just adding new restaurants in North Texas, they're looking to build a regional distribution center in the area.

The company hopes to supply their Metroplex locations from a location in the Centreport Business Park on FAA Boulevard south of DFW Airport.

In a proposal sent to Fort Worth, the California chain would get a 60-percent tax abatement worth $840,000 for the distribution center.

In return, In-N-Out would spend $21 million in investments, including 100 new jobs by December 2018 with half of those coming before Dec. 31, 2014.
