A new Goodwill Boutique could open soon in the Bear Creek Plaza Shopping Center on Highway 377 in Keller, the Star-Telegram reports

The 3,000-square-foot facility would have hardwood floors, bright lights and name brands items.  Goodwill officials feel that Keller would be a perfect place for their target customer: females between the age of 25 to 55.

The Goodwill boutique would be the first of its kind in Dallas, following boutiques larger cities such as San Francisco, Manhattan and Portland.

According to the Goodwill Web site, Gucci, Geoffrey Bean, Ann Taylor, Saks, Ferragamo and Armani are just some of the brands that make their appearance at the Goodwill boutiques.

Goodwill officials made a presentation to the city council on Tuesday giving them an overview of the plans. Store officials are now waiting on the city’s approval.
