Fossil Names E-Commerce Veteran Mauria Finley to Board

Fossil, the watch and accessories seller, said Monday that it named e-commerce veteran Mauria Finley to its board of directors.

Finley founded and ran Citrus Lane, a subscription-based seller of children's products, which was sold to Care.com Inc. in 2014. Previously, she held positions at eBay Inc. and its former subsidiary PayPal. She has also worked at AOL and Netscape Communication.

In a statement, Fossil CEO Kosta Kartsotis said Finley's technology experience "aligns with the strategic initiatives currently in place."

Shares of Fossil Group Inc., based in Richardson, Texas, fell 93 cents, or 1.5 percent, to $59.51 in afternoon trading Monday as the broader market sagged.
