The facility is located at at US Highway 377 and State Highway 170.

If approved, Fort Worth would provide maximum tax breaks worth a maximum of $158,000.

In return, Q-Edge would commit to hire 350 full-time employees by the end of the first full year of operations and 500 full-time jobs by the end of the third year. Also, at least half the employees would have to live in Fort Worth.
