Dallas police released surveillance photos of 3 people they want to talk to in connection with a shooting, that left a 21-year old Dallas man, paralyzed. The shooting happened August 16th, outside Lolita’s on Lemmon Avenue, in Dallas.

The victim, Lukas Dacruz, spent 20 days in the hospital and underwent 2 surgeries, to remove the bullet in his neck. “They told me I am not going to be able to walk anymore, for the rest of my life, but of course, I still have faith, and I know I am going to walk again,” said Dacruz from his wheelchair.

Dacruz was shot with a .40 caliber handgun as he left Lolita’s around 2:30 in the morning. He said he does not recognize the 3 people Dallas police are looking for in connection with the shooting, but believes they may have been in an argument earlier in the night, with some of his friends. “All I want is for them to pay for what they did,” said Dacruz.

Crimestoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in the case.
