Cowboys Lead Titans at Half, 16-0

The Titans have yet to figure out an answer for the Cowboys' run game

After a half of football in Nashville, the Dallas Cowboys lead the Tennessee Titans 16-0.

Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray, coming off an 118-yard performance against the 49ers in the opener, has absolutely had his way with the Titans’ defense, going for 115 yards and the game’s only touchdown on 17 carries. The only blemish on Murray’s first half performance was a fumble lost by Dallas, Murray’s second fumble of the year.

Murray’s second quarter touchdown was set up by Barry Church’s interception of Jake Locker.

Cowboys kicker Dan Bailey has field goals of 48, 44 and 51 yards.

Neither quarterback has had a great first half. Tony Romo is 10-16 for 94 yards, and has missed some good looks. He has also been sacked three times. Locker’s day, on the other hand, has made Romo’s look great.

Locker finished the half 4-12 for 26 yards and the interception.

Tennessee will receiver the kickoff in the second half.
