I have been getting the run around all morning trying to get to the bottom of this. I got conflicted stories of when my order was shipped by both of the people that I talked to. It doesn't make sense that the 15-day trial period starts the day they ship the order and not the day you actually receive the product. I got an email from them telling me when the order was shipped and then they said, well actually your order was shipped 4 days before you received your email! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS! When she said that I sensed something was wrong. I was right. I was told to go on line and have it cancelled and I went on line, I was told the order was canceled and I would receive a confirmation email. The email never came. I called my credit card company and was told there were several orders pending. I had to cancel my card.
