Voly in the Park 2018

Dallas’ most comprehensive showcase of volunteerism and family fun is returning! Join NBC 5 and VolunteerNow at Voly in the Park on Saturday, June 2, at Klyde Warren Park in Dallas.

Voly in the Park is free, open to the public and is scheduled from Noon to 4 p.m. On-site activities include, creating pet enrichment toys with the SPCA of Texas, creating “junk art” with Keep Dallas Beautiful and building homeless kits with OurCalling.  Attendees will also have the opportunity to hang out with mini horses from Equest and create a free profile on VOLY.org, where they can connect with more than 3,000 nonprofits, including those at Voly in the Park.

This family friendly festival is the only festival in North Texas that joins more than 1,000 local nonprofits involving community issues, disaster relief, early childhood education and among others. Participating 2018 nonprofits include:

  • Big Brothers Big Sisters
  • Dallas Arboretum
  • Genesis Women’s Shelter
  • Literacy Instruction for Texas (LIFT)
  • Resource Center
  • Ronald McDonald House
  • Salvation Army Metroplex Command
  • Dozens more!
