Christmas in the Square 2014

Christmas in the Square runs Nov. 28 - Jan. 3

Join NBC 5 and the Frisco Square Property Owners Association for the 10th Anniversary of Christmas in the Square, the largest choreographed light show in Texas. This event runs nightly from Nov. 28 through Jan. 3 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The same snow machines used by Disney create a “Winter Wonderland” on the sidewalks of Frisco Square.

Christmas in the Square draws over 650,000 families, friends and visitors from Texas and other neighboring states. It takes over 175,000 lights, 11.5 miles of wiring and 8 miles of extension cords to create this spectacular light show event. Don’t miss the snow flurries only on weekends strategically placed to create a winter wonderland.

Bring your family and friends to the special event in honor of the 10th Anniversary of Christmas in the Square on Dec. 20 at 5 p.m. This includes fire works, the 3-lane inner-tube snow slide, Santa, carriage rides, a trackless train, food vendors and more.

Don’t miss the brand new snowman build area, where families or individuals will be given 80 pounds of snow to decorate and build their own Frosty. Prizes will be given at the end of the night.
