Ryan Jenkins, who police believe killed himself several days after murdering his wife, may have had help in his brief flight from justice from a half-sister.
Former reality star Ryan Jenkins, who was found dead from an apparent suicide following the alleged murder of his ex-wife, Jasmine Fiore, may have had help hiding from authorities from his half-sister, Alena Jenkins.
According to The Vancouver Sun, a silver PT Cruiser with Alberta, Canada license plates has been found in a parking garage attached to the building where Alena resides in Coal Harbour, Canada. The vehicle reportedly matches the description of the same vehicle seen dropping of the alleged murderer at the motel where he was found dead.
The car was reportedly parked in a high-security building that requires a key card to enter in a space listed under the name "AJ and Farley."
The paper also reported that according to court records, Jenkins's father, Calgary architect Dan Jenkins, owns a PT Cruiser, though it is not clear if it's the same vehicle.
Alena refused to speak to reporters and neighbors of the reality star's half-sister would also not comment.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Fiore's car was found in West Hollywood, Calif. on Tuesday. Police officials said Thursday that they were awaiting results of forensic tests conducted on the car, including tests for DNA and blood.
Fiore was found dead on August 15, in Buena Park, Calif. An international manhunt for Ryan Jenkins ended when he was found dead on August 23.
