Bethenny Frankel: I'm Not Leaving NYC “Housewives”

"They may replace one of us," the brunette stunner said

"Real Housewives" star Bethenny Frankel shot down rumors that she was leaving the popular reality TV show -- but confessed she's planning her own spinoff series.

The outspoken brunette stunner said she has already started filming for the "Real Housewives of New York City" with other Manhattan socialite cast members despite rumors she is being replaced and is set to begin filming her new series.

"The spinoff news is totally true, but me being replaced after five episodes is totally false," she told Usmagazine.com. "I haven't started doing the spinoff show. I have started doing 'Housewives.'"

It was rumored that Sonja Morgan, a pal of castmate Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, would replace Frankel on the Bravo TV show. Though Frankel says she hasn't been replaced, she believes it's only a matter of time before one of the "Housewives" gets the boot.

"If you do the math, they replaced someone on Atlanta, and on Orange County, they only have two of the originals," she said. "But I don't know anything that you don't know."

"I would imagine that you don't have to be Angela Lansbury to figure out that eventually they may replace one of us."

Her new show will be about her life and includes cameos from her boyfriend Jason Hopper, she told Us.
