Even though her talk show is no longer on the air, Tyra Banks is still being sued for being less than a model citizen.

The "America's Next Top Model" host is being sued for $3 million by a Georgia woman who claims that her 15-year-old daughter appeared on the now defunct talk show in an episode about teen sex addicts without her permission, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Beverly McClendon, a social worker, said that her daughter answered an open call through the show's website last October. She was then contacted by the show's producers and asked to film an episode. She flew unaccompanied to New York and put up in a hotel in advance of her paid appearance on the talk show. McClendon said she was unaware of her daughter's participation until it was too late.

"The show was undoubtedly watched by sexual deviants, perverts, and pedophiles alike," she contested in the legal filings, which argue that her daughter's right to privacy was violated.

In addition to the cash settlement, she's also seeking an injunction to keep the episode from airing again.
