Mike Tyson may have a reputation for brutality, but he apparently also has a taste for delicacy.

And in case you were wondering, Evander Holyfield's ear was no such thing.

Tyson usually keeps mum on his notorious 1997 chomping of his heavyweight rival's ear mid-bout. But on Sunday night, Bravo host Andy Cohen got an earful when Mike Tyson described the appendage's peculiar flavor on his show "Watch What Happens: Live."

What, Cohen asked, does ear taste like?

"That depends. It depends on which ear that you bite," Tyson returned. "Since it was Holyfield's ear, and it didn't have none of that Holyfield hot sauce on it, it was not too tasty."

If there had been hot sauce, however?

"That would have been a delicacy," Tyson said — in a generous burst of sportsmanship as he helped Holyfield hawk his signature barbecue sauce.
