"I'm not some fame whore," Glassman told E! in a televised interview that will air on Monday.
"Take my 15 minutes, you can have it back. Please take it back," she pleaded on the interview.
Glassman, 22, is the daughter of the surgeon who did Gosselin's ex wife Kate's tummy-tuck surgery and the newest in a long line of Jon's rumored lovers that's included teacher Deanna Hummel and Star magazine reporter Kate Major.
But Glassman said the relationship she has with Jon isn't just for the cameras -- and that neither Kate could get in the way of her love with the "Jon & Kate Plus Eight" star.
"Jon and Kate have moved on with their lives -- it's only the viewers who haven't moved on," she said.
Glassman also dished that she and Jon began their blossoming romance in May while Gosselin crashed at her parents' home.
"He was living in my house, the person I joked around with. He was sad and bored, I was sad and bored," she said.
Cops were called to Jon & Kate's Pennsylvania estate Thursday after what Jon called a "miscommunication" between the two escalated. Kate Gosselin stayed the night after the incident in a motel near their home, where the two share custody of their eight children.
The full interview with Glassman can be seen tonight on E!.
