The “Deadliest Catch” community is mourning the loss of another one of their own.
The body of Justin Tennison, a 34-year-old deckhand on the fishing vessel Time Bandit and reality star of Discovery Channel’s “The Deadliest Catch,” was found Tuesday in an Alaska hotel room, according to reports.
"It is with great sadness that the Time Bandit family announces the death of crew member Justin Tennison," his crewmates wrote on their website. The statement added that Tennison died "peacefully in his sleep" and "was tough as a bull and was an all-around good hand."
An autopsy was scheduled for Wednesday and cops did not expect foul play, the paper reported.
The Discovery Channel told MSNBC in a statement it sent “our sympathies to [Tennison’s] entire family and fellow crew members during this most difficult time."
Last February, another star on the Discovery hit, Capt. Phil Harris, died at age 53, days after suffering a stroke.
