Florence Henderson: “NY Mayor Gave Me Crabs”

Say it ain't so, Carol!

Florence Henderson, who practically raised an entire generation as TV mom Carol Brady of "The Brady Bunch," is baring all in a new memoir. And we do mean all.

The 77 year-old recalls a fling she had back in the late 60s/early 70s with then-New York Mayor John Lindsey. The wholesome Mrs. Brady was not only cheating on her husband, she endured some unwelcome repercussions.

"I was lonely. I knew it wasn't the right thing to do. So, what did I do? I did it," she writes in the new book. She then reveals that afterward, she discovered "little black things" crawling on her body.

"Guess I learned the hard way that crabs do not discriminate but cross over all socioeconomic strata,"she quips.

Henderson certainly isn't shy - later in the book, she recalls an affair she had with Barry Williams, who was not only 20 years her junior, but played her son Greg on the iconic sitcom. Let that notion marinate a bit...

Henderson's memoir, "Life is Not a Stage," is due to be published in September.
