She was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest and released about an hour later.

While it's true most seasons of the "Bachelor" don't end in happily ever after, Mary Delgado has taken it to a whole new level.

Maribel "Mary" Delgado, 42, the woman who was given the final rose and later proposed to by "Bachelor" Byron Velvick on the show's 6th season, was arrested early Thursday morning in Tampa for misdemeanor driving under the influence after refusing a blood alcohol test, the Tampa Tribune reported.

Delgado, a real estate agent and former Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleader, was later released on $500 bond, according to the Tribune.

This incident is Delgado's third run in with the law. In 2008, she was arrested for public drunkenness in a Texas bar, and was booked on battery charges a year earlier after allegedly punching Velvick in the face, according to People magazine.

Of his relationship with Delgado, Velvick once said: "Just because you met on a reality show, got engaged on this beautiful incredible setting doesn't mean that we're Prince Charming or Beautiful princess."

Velvick, a professional fisherman, and Delgado called it quits in 2009, five years after their final rose ceremony.
